• Customer-Supplied Artwork

All custom orders using customer-supplied artwork are final sale. We print artwork exactly as uploaded. If your file is clearly unprintable, we may contact you before printing.

• Print Quality & Errors

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage, or was produced incorrectly (wrong garment, size, or placement), we will reprint or refund the item at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready, including spelling, resolution, colours, and sizing. We are not responsible for issues related to low-resolution files, colour variation, transparency, or design errors. If you are unsure of any of the aforementioned qualities, please e-mail us first with your artwork and we can assist.

• Copyright

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design.
